From day one we fell in love with the church we have now been attending MBC as regular attenders and we have gotten more involved with the children's ministries which are top notch I myself volunteer in our technical department and our food pantry that is done on the first and third Wednesday of every month for Grundy County residents the pastoral staff always is there in a time of need and also for a good laugh they are very light hearted but also very serious about your walk with Christ we have grown so much since attending MBC our children look forward to going to all of the children's activities and especially the new echo ministry for the children they have their own church service on Saturday night as well as two services on Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. If you are looking for a church to call home this is the place Pastors Arol,Dave,Brent,Carlos,Nick & Jason are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, and loving, and they genuinely care about you. I've been to churches before where there were obvious clicks, and you weren't welcomed. That doesn't exist here. The moto here is "everyone is a somebody, and everyone is important." The thing that REALLY got me though, is their AMAZING kids ministry. All the kids go upstairs, and then the doors are locked for everyones safety. They all start off in a huge room for worship, and then they all get separated according to their ages. we also have an amazing Awana program every Wednesday night. Thursdays our Overcomers meet, and that's a group for anyone dealing with addiction .There is something for everyone here.

(And in the interest of even fuller disclosure, I served as the youth minister of Maple Lawn Christian Church, Crossroads' predecessor congregation, so I have a pretty good idea what I am talking about.)
