I have never seen such a mess so called a healthcare facility. I don't want to believe that the healthcare system in Germany is failing but this hospital is a prime example of medical malpractice and negligence. At Bethel hospital patient monitoring and regular vital sign check ups don't happen unless you ask. once I asked for monitoring, then they would do it once in a while. diagnostic test were done upon request( sputum cultures, blood cultures, so on) there were cracks on the walls, water leaks, mold and mildew smell. ants crawling on the walls, tables and around the bed. no doctor visits happens on holidays or weekends. they discharge patients even if theit condition is unstable. if you have to accompany your patient due to language barrier or demented state of your patient, the hospital charges you per night and per meals, as if this is a hotel of some kind. all in all Bethel hospital seems like a slaughterhouse where patient care is completely neglected and the condition of this hospital may be endangering patient's health even further. Stay away from this hospital if you wish to improve your condition.

Mehrere Leute waren unhöflich,…read moresprachen mit mir über die Schwere meiner Schmerzen und sagten mir, ich solle nach Hause gehen, als ich nach 4 Stunden höflich fragte, ob sie eine Schätzung über die Zeit hätten, die die Behandlung dauern würde. Ein Mann sagte mir: "Der Arzt kommt nicht, weil Sie hier sind, er kommt, wann immer er Lust hat, es könnte also morgen sein". Ich weinte, als ich diese Klinik verließ, nachdem ich die ganze Nacht mit Obdachlosen und Müll im Wartezimmer gewartet hatte. Unhygienisch, unhöflich, unprofessionell. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sich diese Leute überhaupt nicht um ihre Patienten kümmern.
