I went to speak with their pastor Rebecca DePoe. She didn't seem to have any sort of care or attention in the slightest for myself as I unfortunately experienced there. The congregation and people were absolutely attuned to His message nevertheless the church's folks there were exceedingly sweet and welcoming to myself. Although, her, the leader of this beautiful church did NOT have any sort of spiritual light and comforting welcome even in the most smallest of ways. I was truly let saddened and let down in my heart. No, let's meet sometime so I can see who you are and what I can do for you as a minister in counsel or prayer. I was going through a truly rough crisis in my life here and bein' a war veteran really truly needed Jesus and His love. About a month later on I had called the Presbyterian church there to inquire of a church event that they were having and mistakenly had called up her own line somehow in their phone system. I apologized modestly and explained to her that I was transferred to her by accidentally and apologized respectfully. I them heard a tisk criticizing mouth sound from her and then hung upon loudly. I now just sit from my residence alone to receive Jesus from an actual caring Reverend Joel Osteen from Pastor Joel. At least some preachers actually truly do care to some sort of extent for me a Wounded Warrior lifelong war veteran of our America, and follower of Jesus' even though they never met me. Thank God for Joel. Too bad all preachers can't be more real and caring as Pastor Joel is most benevolently. I went to her public facebook page to see all of the many many places she went to all over Europe; all I required was 1/1000th of that sort of attention, respect, and caring that she gave her own fabulous self centered fb page..., Sad.

Actually it was said " show me your check book and I'll tell you where your heart is !!!! Yup how arrogant is that ? All about Northway it was so obvious. WOKE Finding a church that's not self centered or has agendas that don't align with my beliefs is not easy . Northway is certainly not a home for me .

The music program is…read moreexcellent, I particularly liked the performance I heard by the Bell Choir and there is a marvelous organist and choir. I have also been to a concert in the Robinson Room of the church, and the acoustics there are wonderful. There's a very active youth program, and lots of activities throughout the week for everyone.

My wife and I attended one Sunday last October while at the Geneva College Homecoming (2023)…read moreweekend. The 11:15 AM Service included a couple of baptisms and reflected the very best in Anglican worship. The Rector's sermon faithfully interpreted and applied the Scripture lesson for the day, and the music was inspiring. People were friendly at the coffee hour, and we enjoyed speaking with Rev. Kerley who went to seminary with our own rector in New York. "St. Steve's," as we affectionally called the church during our college days has certainly grown in all ways as a faithful Gospel-centered church in the Anglican tradition!
