Anytime we spend at the Church of the Holy Spirit is filled with love and warmth. Although my…read morefamily and I are not regular members, we do have a family member that attends, so often we join in with her for holidays. The congregation has been so kind and accommodating to my family. We have two small children, and we have always been encouraged to bring them to the service, even though at times they can be a little loud or restless. The church is full of creative people who are inspired to do so much with their gifts for the Portland community and beyond. Just go to a Coffehouse here to experience the warm energy they manifest and you will feel their intention are to welcome and love all. I would also note, that while we are not regular members, I have never felt pressured to believe any particular type of paradigm. I feel the messages they preach about can really resonate for so many. It feels easy to join in here and for that I am truly grateful. Thanks COTHS!

In my journey through…read morelife since leaving this beautiful Church, I have not seen the Holy Ghost move as it did within the Deliverance Center. It has been a good 20 years at least since I've been there, A lot of things have changed with time, many losses, the biggest of these being my pastor Brother Reynolds, and of course his beautiful wife on the organ every Sunday. I grew up attending Church there, and of course, barely missed a tent revival. Well, I could go on for pages, but I'm afraid I'm going to run out of space.
