They often have special offers on and I sometimes find that they are cheaper than Boots or Superdrug due to their offers. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always happy to give advice if you are unsure of what medicine to buy. I would recommend this pharmacy, I think they are quicker than Boots and they also give a more personal service.

It is set out over 1 large floor, including a pharmacy. Aside from the pharmacy tills there are 3 other normal tills I think, which I imagine could get overwhelmed if it was busy. Each section that you would expect to see is there, and is comprehensively stocked. Parking is ample and free as it is part of the Exebridge centre.

The queues are usually pretty long downstairs, but you get there in the end. The pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and will do what they can to help if you have questions. The used to have a cafe upstairs, and toilets you could use, but they appear to have gone now, which is a shame.

Quite often, the prescriptions don't come through from the doctor's surgery and you end up having to queue at the pharmacy to find this out, then queue at the health centre to get the prescription, then queue at the pharmacy all over again! This aside, I have found that generally you don't have to queue for very long. They stock Boots goods in this Pharmacy, which is useful if you don't want to have to go all the way into town for a specific item.
