We bring our daughters food everyday and they do a great job putting it together for her... We don't want her drinking any juice and they are sure to make certain that she does not. I wanted to provide an updated post:…read more We've been at LMM for over 6 years now, and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Both of our sons have grown here, and the staff and administration continue to be amazing people who feel like extended family. Everyone really cares about your child at LMM, and the attention to details are beyond compare. They work hard to ensure the program is appropriate for each child. In addition to being invested in providing a great curriculum, they are committed to providing a well-rounded nutritional program daily. Even though our older child is now in public school, he asks to return to LMM for summer care and holiday programs. Our younger child continues daily at LMM, and we couldn't be more pleased. The administrators, support staff and teachers are all really wonderful. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Previous Post (2014) We have both of our children enrolled at LMM, and have been part of this family for over 3 years now. We feel we've found a community where our children are nurtured every day. Our older son began Kindergarden this year and not only has he been fully prepared, but slightly ahead. He continues to attend LMM for after school care, while his little brother is a full-time student. I can't say enough good things about the team at LMM (teachers, support staff, and admin staff alike). I also appreciate so much the effort to ensure meal and snack time at LMM is a thoughtful endeavor in providing healthy choices for children. We are so thrilled that we've landed at LMM, and I whole-heartedly recommend this school to my friends and family (or to anyone willing to listen). :)

The last 9 months have been disappointing to say the least. Lack of Leadership and Staffing; a…read morerevolving door for new teachers/employees has resulted in no curriculum, inconsistency in leadership and teachers, lack of safety for our child (we experienced 3 unreported incidents in 4 weeks, one of which included a chipped tooth). There is constant moving kids from class to class to adhere to state ratio requirements. Naps in the gym implemented occasionally because of lack of staff (again inconsistent y). 5 teachers quit in June and 2 in July that we heard of , resulted in 3 classrooms shut down at one point. It's really sad that this school spiraled downward so fast. We stayed longer than we should have hoping it would turn around. The facility itself is old and needs a major upgrade, the A/C wasn't working properly in June and July, just miserable in there for the kiddos and teachers. After moving to a new daycare, I realize how complacent I was for putting up with mediocrity and sometimes insufficient care. I do hope they can turn it around with the new director.

The change really helped with communication to parents especially for my 3 year old. Through the app his teachers document his activity through the day. Also the sweetest teacher in his class kindly suggested to us he might need speach therapy and she was right. I'm so glad she helped us get the ball rolling reguarding his speech. The entire staff knows the parents and children by name and that makes me feel very secure. I'm thankful my boys get to learn about Jesus too.

In touring this school, I could not be more taken aback by the arrogance of the director. The…read morefacility was beautiful and the education philosophy sounded great in theory. I was very excited about seeing this school. Unfortunately, I left utterly disappointed. The director is a real piece of work and lacks fundamental things you would want to see in someone running a school like warmth and humility. The tour was only allowed after school was over so I was not able to see any teacher child interactions. When asked if she foresaw any options of being able to see actual people and not just the facility, the director scoffed in surprise as I was asking an absurd question and said that if that were the case she'd have dozens of parents observing. This is the only school I've seen that would ask a parent to decide whether to send their kid to the school without actually seeing any teachers or students. When asked the difference between a pure Montessori versus this school (a Reggio Montessori), she recommended I look it up after providing a vague answer that it is the best of both worlds. This is after arrogantly telling me she and her family had 45 years of experience. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to see how this school actually is but judging from the attitude and character of the director, I would not step 5 feet near this school. If the character of their owners is a reflection of their school and culture, then I would not send my child to learn here.

I think the owner has a great mindset & process of teaching kids. But for some reason my daughter was never fully comfortable & I got that eerie feeling too. I don't think we were here long enough to adjust (that's what they would say) but my daughter adjusted in other schools just fine in one week. Overall I would recommend this school but just ensure you have excellent communication with your child on what happens at school.

Horrible experience! I was forced to write review after 30 days my daughter attended the school. I…read moredidn't write it right away because I couldn't really tell and the owner followed me to my car to remind me to write it; made sure i had to write 2 reviews one from me and another feom my husband with 2 different IP addresses so they could get more review. I gave 4 star due to small facility and the school closed 3 weeks for Christmas break and we still had to pay for whole month of tuition fee plus lunch money that is not inlcuded in the tuition fee. Keep in mind the tuition fee here is not cheap. The owner insulted me and threatened me to bring down the review because it brought down his overall review or he would kick her out of school. Dig deeper you will find another bad review about this school on yelps, maybe they can't delete it on there! It didn't stop there. A month later after I moved my 4 years old daughter to different school she told me a story at her old school that her teacher told her if she wouldn't eat with her mouth close she would duct tape her mouth under the carport. My blood is still boiling thinking about this school. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

What's nice is that they keep the classrooms small and intimate and the teachers are there to stay! The entire time my son was there, none of the teachers left. Consistency is important when they're that young. In the beginning, it might take a little bit of adjusting because their system isn't streamlined like other daycares. So communication can be a bit slow, but if you're patient with them, you won't regret it because the things that matter and are important are there. They keep your child safe so you don't have to worry about their well-being and they make sure every student thrives. You have peace of mind while you're working or busy throughout the day. And you know your child is getting lots of attention because the class sizes aren't as big as some others that have up to 18 kids or more in one classroom. I'm very thankful to them and I highly recommend this Montessori!
