First I completed their contact form on their website. ...After two weeks, and no response I went to their website again and found an E mail address and basically re-initiated the same contact inquiry I had used before. ...After another two weeks and still no response I went to their Facebook page and used the Messenger function. When I asked if anyone was there, I got the following reply: "one.is" ...Then I got the following message: "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out." Not sure how much they "appreciate" anything, but after three unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with this company I'm moving on to someone else that at least has the professional courtesy to follow up. My financial advisor had sent them a password-protected email two weeks prior and they forgot to mention that they are too incompetent to open it? Follow the directions. How hard is that? I stopped in yesterday to talk to them and see if they figured out how to open it. I can open the email with no problem. They still couldn't figure out how to type 6 digits! Scott Pacetti told us to take our business elsewhere. It was April 15th, tax day. What a piece of work! By the way, they also lost some of our paperwork last year and I had to reprint it.
