St Hubert Rotisserie is a chain of fast food/casual dining restaurants in Quebec, with a few outlets in neighboring provinces.
It is famous for its BBQ Chicken combinations, most usually served with pomme frittes (french fries) and cole slaw. Half chicken, fillets of chicken, family pack "4 by 4" chicken and fries, etc. The french fries are served with "sauce" (we would call it gravy, which is what it is) for dipping the fries (this is not au jus, it is gravy). The cole slaw served is absent of any mayonnaise, just lightly soaked in vinegar. The BBQ chicken is good, but the club sandwiches (with chicken) are dry (ergo, dip it into the "sauce". For the Quebecois purest, they have the ever popular Poutine, which is a French Canadians favorite way to eat pomme du terre frittes, or French Fries, which is covered with gravy and curd cheese, and sometimes sprinkled with chicken.
