In fact, this station is really no different to the many other railway stations located in Adelaide, namely that there is a shelter, a platform, and a speaker that will tell you when the next train is coming, and basically, that is about it. However, the reason that this station gets the rating that it does is because there happens to be a tardis located out the front - no, not like the one out the front of Earl's Court Station in London, but rather it is just an electrical box that is painted to look like the Tardis. Still, it does make this station stand out from all the other stations in Adelaide.

Honestly, I'm not really all that impressed with Adelaide's stations, especially after spending the…read moreafternoon checking out a bunch of them, taking photographs, and suddenly realising that they are, well, really boring. This one is no exception, especially since that all it contains is a shelter, and a rather small one at that. Then again, the trains that pass through here are relatively small as well. However, it certainly do provide a faster way into the city than the bus does, even though the trains don't really come all that often.

Okay, there is a platform, and trains do stop here every so often, and you might even be lucky enough to find a person boarding the train (though I'd hardly consider this to be a 'least used station' namely because it would have been closed down if it was). Still, the road that runs nearby does bring back a lot of memories.

Well, this station does happen to be a little better than a number of other stations that I have…read morevisited in the area, namely because the shelters seem to actually have a somewhat antique feel about them. Mind you, like most of the stations in Adelaide, it isn't staffed, and there are no restrooms either. However, it is sort of an interchange station, namely because the line to Grange diverges at this point. Anyway, it is certainly better than some of the other stations that I have visited.
