My second visit at Fall Creek Dental with Dr. McFadden was such a welcome surprise. Always before, at other dentists, although they use the numbing gel first, the numbing shot still stings at least. However, when Dr. McFadden numbed my gums, I did not even feel the needle, let alone the shot. I was amazed. She pulled my tooth and I never felt any pain afterwards. I have definitely found my dentist from now on. The staff at Fall Creek Dental is great as well. Very welcoming and personable. They always keep me informed about my appointment. All 3 ladies had an attitude with me for asking questions, I told them if they don't have this special then why advertise it? It's false advertisement at this point. If this is how they talk with potential new patients on the phone I couldn't imagine what they sound like with their actual patients.

I saw Dr. Fisher and was totally blown away by how wonderful everything ran in this dental practice. Not only that ..,,they didn't find anything wrong. Other than perhaps a future root canal might be needed, but they were so thorough and kind. I would certainly go here all the time if I lived here. They did for x-rays and spent 20 minutes with me And I was only charged $75. That's pretty amazing. Thank you so much!!

Kind of strange like I made an appointment…read morebecause they accepted my HMO insurance and I looked at the reviews and was terrified by the negative reviews saying their pricing was extremely high and I tried to cancel the appointment by sending them a email and a that didn't work and then I called to cancel by leaving a message and that didn't work, then I finally got thru to front desk and they said we were canceled and I told them it was because of the bad reviews then on the appt day I got a call from them saying that I was a no show. And then I got a call from them a month later saying that we were on the calendar and but that we canceled but wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it was all just kind of very confusing so I don't know, I don't recommend it. The scheduling and canceling was just not a good experience.

I told her about the pain in my mouth while she was walking out of the exam room and she just waved her hand and said "yeah, I'll get you medications because you have a pretty bad infection." And that was it! I'll be finding a new dentist!

Female doctor had hair hanging down in patients face that touched the bloody tools several times…read moreand continued using it on patient. We were having a old root canal extracted and she couldn't get one of the roots. Had to take another x-ray to check if she got it all. Half of one of the roots was still intact. She dug around a little more and got a small chunk out and said, "alright, we're going to stitch you up now" and I said can you get another x-ray to make sure and she said yes. They did another x-ray and there was still a very large chunk of tooth left. She was about to stitch the patient up with a large chunk of infected tooth still in his gums. This greatly worries me that she would be this careless and unprofessional at her job. At least take an x-ray that takes less than 20 seconds to make sure you completed what we paid you 500 dollars to do.
