My second visit at Fall Creek Dental with Dr. McFadden was such a welcome surprise. Always before, at other dentists, although they use the numbing gel first, the numbing shot still stings at least. However, when Dr. McFadden numbed my gums, I did not even feel the needle, let alone the shot. I was amazed. She pulled my tooth and I never felt any pain afterwards. I have definitely found my dentist from now on. The staff at Fall Creek Dental is great as well. Very welcoming and personable. They always keep me informed about my appointment. I saw Dr. Fisher and was totally blown away by how wonderful everything ran in this dental practice. Not only that ..,,they didn't find anything wrong. Other than perhaps a future root canal might be needed, but they were so thorough and kind. I would certainly go here all the time if I lived here. Kind of strange like I made an appointment…read morebecause they accepted my HMO insurance and I looked at the reviews and was terrified by the negative reviews saying their pricing was extremely high and I tried to cancel the appointment by sending them a email and a that didn't work and then I called to cancel by leaving a message and that didn't work, then I finally got thru to front desk and they said we were canceled and I told them it was because of the bad reviews then on the appt day I got a call from them saying that I was a no show. And then I got a call from them a month later saying that we were on the calendar and but that we canceled but wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it was all just kind of very confusing so I don't know, I don't recommend it. The scheduling and canceling was just not a good experience.

I thought they were doing the cleaning before taking care of my filling. Instead, they said "oh, we need to do an assessment first, and then you have to come back to get the filling". I don't understand why this dentist office is not able to assess and fill at the same appointment. When I addressed this issue with the office manager, she says it is their normal procedure to tell a new patient over the phone that you will first need to come in for the assessment and then you will have to make another appointment for any work that needs to be done. They did not tell me that over the phone and if they had, I would have moved on to the next dental office. Interesting how she said she would need to go back and listen to the tapes to find out if they told me what they normally tell people. I told her to go back and listen to the tapes - I don't believe they have tapes. This place is a scam. If I could give a minus 4 stars, I would. As a side note, the paperwork they want you to sign before seeing the dentist has a page that you have to initial each statement. One of those basically says that if, in the middle of treatment, the dentist decides you need more work done, you are authorizing him/her to do any and all treatment. THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG, which I actually addressed with the front office before my appointment. They seemed surprised that I would object to that. Does anyone read the paperwork they're signing? Got my wisdom teeth out at this location. Before the procedure I had to pay half of what was quoted…read moreto reserve the day, so I did, around $600. Then day of I paid the rest, it went great. The next few days I noticed pain on my left side upper jaw (only had top wisdom teeth) and called, I'd have to pay over $100 to be seen so I tried to figure it out myself. My pocket wasn't stitched appropriately! Now, almost a year later, I have a gap between my tooth and gum, a little pocket, how fun. Once I got my bill in it stated I owed an additional $450. For what? No idea. Upon further inspection; one screw up they had, they quoted 2 hours of anesthesia when I was brought back and texted my fiancé I was done within 30 minutes. Mmm explain! No explanation was given. Sent that bill to collections which they knew I was having my insurance review it and don't owe them a dime until a year out from the procedure. The front desk girl, she's a real piece of work, extremely rude and hangs up on people. Stay far away from this chain.

This visit was for a Replacement Crown and tooth filling. They were very professional and making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure they were doing. Also, my teeth cleaning in this office has been the best I have ever had. Their Hygienists are amazing. Also, their office staff are very professional and helpful.
