I literally had only a few minutes to see the inside of this church to catch my ferry, but St. Andrew's Cathedral needed only a few minutes to impress me. Like the previous reviewer said, this Catholic cathedral is one of the area's oldest and is now a National Historic Site. However, the most memorable part about this church is the impressive lineup of various beautiful stained glass windows. Because of the stained glass windows, the inside was lit by lights of various colors and thus created a surreal yet warm feeling as if the church was physically filled with God's love.
That being said, I wished I stayed longer to take a closer inspection of the beautiful church. Since this is so close to the Inner Harbor area, you should definitely take at least a short look into this small yet magnificent cathedral. read more
