Hmmm, interesting reviews, however I really enjoyed my visit to this brewery/bar serving amazing ales and drinks. Friendly welcome on arrival, found a table straightaway that overlooked a lovely church with spring flowers, liked the faux shabbyesque decor, cocktail menu was inviting and the food going past looked and smelled amazing. Pity we had just had lunch an hour prior.
We sampled 3 x halves of different ales, all excellent, and a half of their rhubarb cider. Be still my heart, what exquisitness, cider forward with a tart zingy rhubarb afterbite. It was the star and so unusually lovely to drink and quench your thirst.
I would definitely recommend this brew house for brews and booze. read more
