This review is coming late but this restaurant really sticks in my mind so I thought to write a few words about it. The restaurant sits on the beautiful mountain sides of Deutschlandberg in Steiermark. It is an old style house that is actually a hotel. It has an amazing view of the Deutschlandberg Castle that can be seen off their romantic garden patio. I thought it was so wonderfully romantic, intimate, and relaxing. Also there is a view of the wine yards leading to the Castle and Restaurant. The Staff there was extremely nice and welcoming. I always appreciate a bright smile and a welcoming tone. Now the Food, It was great. I had a Cordon Blue with Fries that was cooked to perfection. I was impressed that the bacon gave off so much flavor to the whole dish. It was definitely a size that could fill me up so i am sure for an average eater your going to need a bag to go. It also came with a mixed salad sort of like a sampler salad. Everything was also fairly priced but i forget exactly how much it cost but i know for 2 people with 3 glasses of wine it came up to €23.
