We have had Cove for a few years and have had nothing but problems. They have "upgraded " their…read morecameras, main panel and doorbells while we have been customers and they require you to buy the new ones because the old ones no longer work on their system. (Dispute us being Cove Plus costumers and having "unlimited upgrades" because the upgrades don't work on the cameras). They have raised our bill multiple times and when we call and ask why they never have an answer and "bring it back down" just for them to raise it a few months later. Every time we have called with an issue they are unable to troubleshoot the cameras or connection and tell us we can purchase new equipment (one of our cameras is less then three months old and we had to purchase to replace a perfectly good camera because they upgraded systems and no longer connected to those cameras.) It's always just a mess and we finally cancelled after being with them for way to long.

They create shipping labels give you a tracking number and never deliver the product to FedEx. You won't receive it. Good luck calling them. Joke company!
