Would Give Negative Stars If I Could…read more My experience with this divorce attorney was absolutely terrible. He was beyond frustrating and will take advantage of you financially. I was charged for hours that were not spent working on my case and I had serious concerns about the accuracy of the billing. Additionally, there's proof he spoke negatively about me to opposing counsel, which is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. There are also serious allegations and reports involving this attorney that prospective clients should be aware of. Do your own research and review the public record before hiring him. I wish I had done more research beforehand. Divorce is already an incredibly stressful and vulnerable process. You need an attorney you can trust, who communicates honestly, bills transparently and advocates for you...not someone who treats you like Matthew. Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend this attorney. Do your research before signing a retainer.

My three children and I (my wife included - my children's 'bonus' mom) have been through an ordeal…read morethese past couple of years that growing up I never would have imagined I would need to go through; especially involving my future children. Not to go into detail, but my three children were forced to go through years living in environment with an unimaginable amount of fear and anxiety. When the truth finally was made known to me, getting my children the help that they needed was my number one priority. In today's legal system I knew that I would need an incredible attorney being that I am a dad and a dad with whom my children were not living the majority of the time. I knew from this standpoint it would be an uphill battle; I wasn't wrong. Finding the right attorney(s) wasn't the easiest of endeavors. It took a couple of mistakes on my part finding the right attorney to help me and my children with this terrible situation, after hiring a couple of attorney's that ended up being poor choices, I finally found Rice and Rice attorneys at law. I am sharing this with the hopes that anyone who is reading and looking for a wonderful attorney will be able to bypass the difficulty in finding the right attorney to help them like I was forced to do. I cannot be more grateful for the blessing that Rice & Rice has been in our lives. My children now live with me and my wife (their 'bonus' mom) and the progress that we have seen in them in the short time of living with us has been incredible. I recommend Rice & Rice to anyone who is looking for a great family law attorney that they can trust to do what is right for them and their family.
