The landscaping industry has proven a low scorer among service providers in our experience; and…read moreSavannah Ga was no exception. That said, this group does a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. We've dealt with mom and pop lawn care guys as well as high end landscape design companies who ignored phone calls and emails after a few service visits. No reason given. Just disappeared. This is not only unprofessional; it's weird. If you're busy and can't make a scheduled visit or have some other issue, most customers will understand, but no communication is just unacceptable. No other business could operate this way and stay in business. Collins has the right idea and hopefully his business will continue to shine a bright light on an otherwise unimpressive landscape.

Last thing we had to do was pull the old carpet to be finished. I was at work on Tuesday (3 days until family arrives) when the wife decided to start pulling it without me... I received a call with terrible news... Beneath the carpet was what we thought to be beautiful oak plank, but in reality was patchy oak vinyl. Being that there is no industry in Shellman Bluff, GA. I started searching for the nearest flooring company when I came across "Hinseville Carpet and Flooring" company. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Paul, who happened to be the owner. I explained my situation to him. He was genuinely sympathetic, but said that his books were full for the foreseeable months and he would see what he could do. He then personally drove to our house and saw what we were up against! He got me a quote within a couple hours, and I couldn't believe the price he gave me for my 911 flooring situation! It felt like a friend and family discount! I immediately approved it! He called me later that afternoon and said that he shifted his schedule and could get us taken care of Thursday morning (1 day to family arrival)! A super friendly and professional crew of 5 showed up at 0930 and immediately got to work. They did such an amazing job that I had to give them each a sizable tip! They cleaned up everything inside and out and were gone by 1100 and we were left with a majestic makeover!!! I highly recommend this company! He could have charged me double and I would have paid it, knowing the quality of workmanship! Thank you Hinseville Flooring!!!
