Hail hit my house in the spring of this year. I was home at the time; it sounded like a hundred men…read morewere beating my roof with hammers. I don't know a whole lot about hail damage and insurance, so I wanted a third-party to give me some advice and help guide me through the insurance claim process. DJ from Tailored Home Inspections came out to my house and showed me how to spot all of the hail damage that the insurance company would be looking for. He showed me that I definitely had enough damage that I should call my insurance company and file a claim. He assured me that he'd help guide me through the whole process with the insurance company. He even offered to be present when the insurance adjuster came out to inspect my house. I was happy to have someone with expertise representing me and backing me up when the adjuster came out to survey the damage. Because of his professional attitude and obvious expertise with these things, I decided to trust DJ to help me get a roofer to do the work, too. I went with the roofing company he recommended, and he handled the entire thing for me from start to finish. He checked up on the roofing crew for me and made sure I was happy all the way through the process.

He and his helper John have a good eye for detail and also have good designer tips.
