Despite originally not having any availability for us, they somehow found a way to make it happen. And get this - on their day off, they opened their doors just for us! That level of dedication and care is so rare these days. From the moment we walked in, the entire team treated us with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They made us feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. It truly felt like they removed all the stress from our busy lives in just a few hours. Every treatment was done with such expertise, and they were incredibly accommodating, especially with the needs of our pregnant friend. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so grateful for the experience. If you're in the area--or even if you have to make a detour--this is the spa you want. Thank you for making our trip so special. We will never forget it!

They do yoga, sweat lodges, massages. and MORE. The experience I had here was so great that I had to come twice in the few days that I was in Guadalajara. I first got massages with my mom. Bhajanjeet and her husband can essential read your energy from the massage so after the massage, they are happy to talk to you and give you advice and consultation based on Ayurveda. The feeling that I got talking to Bhajanjeet was that she was extremely intuitive - like she knew me deeply after just a 60 minute massage (which was amazing, she uses strong pressure :)). I came again with my sister I think two days later! Their advice and consultation was wonderful and so accurate. Bhajanjeet read into the relationship with my mother, among other things - it was incredible and provided me valuable insights moving forward. I am not into astrology, psychic readings, or anything like that, but I like to read energy and vibes off of people. With Bhajanjeet and her husband, I can tell that they have been practicing this work for so long and that they know what they're doing and talking about. I very much trusted them early on and was open to their guidance, and so happy I was. My sister tried the sweat lodge and had such a moving experience - but I'll leave it to her to explain it :) The services they provide by the way are so fairly priced. I was also extremely grateful that they agreed to see us at late hours - past normal open times! They were very flexible to accommodate us. They also speak English very well. I did not have to attempt Spanglish. :) Highly recommend incorporating them into your trip to Guadalajara! Meeting them was a highlight of our trip.

Bikram Yoga Provindencia is definitely a serene place to practice your yoga. The property is graced with greenery, bamboo, and bougainvillea flowers. The studio is spacious, clean and has an amazing view of the meditative courtyard. Additionally, the studio floor is not carpet, so that funky hot yoga smell is not entrenched in the floor. The shower room has plenty of sizable showers. Cool and contemporary. I took the 8:30 am class with Arturo, and his class was amazing and personable. Don't't skip the coconut water man who sells it fresh in front of the studio before class starts. The vibe here was totally welcoming and felt right at home. I will definitely visit again. Very different feel from the BIKRAM YOGA GUADALAJARA (BYG) studio. Even though BYG has a spa ( massages, facials, laser hair, wax, etc), I am still enamored with Providencia. Check out my pics!!! I'm not a member here. Was visiting on vacation. Walked over to see if they have day passes for…read morevisitors. Got there and I couldn't get in too talk to anybody. Rang the buzzer door bell more than 10 minutes. No one was at the front desk. Also called and no answer. More than ten minutes a gentlemen with a membership tells me no one is at front desk today. It's Sunday. I guess a lot of businesses are closed on Sunday. Anyway he let me in and just told me to come in with him and just pay when I come back. Thank you sir! Pretty small compact gym. The pictures of this place are misleading. I couldn't imagine how annoying this place is when it's peak hours. They do have an array of weight machines, not enough free weights, and few cardio machines. I don't recommend this place. Not the cleanest either. I wiped down a yoga ball and the napkin was completely black. There is also no cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. I hope members get a good deal here otherwise find somewhere else.
