Ben & Erin photographed my engagement session in Scottsdale, AZ. Then they photographed our wedding weekend in Lake Como, Italy. Horrible customer service, site is not user friendly. We still do not have our albums, wedding was December 4, 2021. Not only do we not have the albums, they are not allowing us to choose the photos we want. They send us blurry pictures and multiple pictures of the same thing. Stay far away. Unable to get anyone on the phone, they only want to deal with you via their site, of which they do not answer. At this point, we are ready to file a claim in court
