I was recently in Taylorville visiting with my ill parents and needed to do some paperwork in order to take care of them and their estates. With my father in a Springfield hospital and my mother non-ambulatory at the Taylorville Care Center, I visited the Chamber of Commerce in search of a mobile notary. They referred me to Spurling Title who has multiple notaries. Upon meeting Trisha, she informed me they do not have mobile notary but that she would still be willing to help me, and without a fee.
