Lovely coffee & food! We planned to stop for coffee only, but the food in the chiller cabinet looked amazing so we had a slice of frittata as well!! The coffee was great and the frittata was delicious!! And we enjoyed it just as much as our first visit in September 2017! 20 September 2017 We stopped here for afternoon tea and really enjoyed our coffee and carrot cake. Sprouts is a nice little cafe/bakery in the whale-watching town of Eden. They are a popular spot so expect a line up at peak times. There's a lot of healthy choices on the menu - I went for my beloved avocado toast and Sprouts makes a great version. It had tons of giant avocado chunks and was topped with seeds for a bit of crunch. The had a "lemon mint cordial" as a drink option so I had that & it was light and refreshing. Come here for a quick bite, a nice coffee or a bakery item. There is a large parking lot right behind the restaurant if you're driving. read more

Thank goodness this place is still open. Service is friendly, the place is clean and tidy, and there is an interesting selection of breakfast, lunch and snacks. The menu has changed (see photo). We had a vegetable stack and salad, and a salmon frittata. They were excellent and very reasonably priced. The smoothies and milkshakes looked great, alas our expanded waistline meant we had to let those pass. read more

So freaking good!! Egg Bacon Roll with relish and grilled tomato! Savory croissant with h cheese and tomato! Make sure to get a side of house hollandaise sauce!! This place has tons of local fruit, cheese and produce. Cappuccinos well made and tasty (my pal is picky with coffee) Food is excellent for sure need to stop in! We were just staying one day passing through so sadly we could have only one meal here, also staff is very friendly as well. read more

The coffee here was rubbish. Honestly I was shocked it had such good reviews. Maybe the food was good and I can't speak to that but the coffee tasted over pulled and almost burnt. It was the only bad coffee I've had in two months traveling all over Australia. Also the internet connected but didn't load a single page. Everyone was complaining of this. Great coffee sourced from Byron Bay. Yummy sandwiches and the cake! They wouldn't release the recipe so we had to come back for more.
