I absolutely love Sprinly. It saves me so much time and is exactly what you need to eat if you are healthy vegan or Whole Food Plant Based(Wfpb). My husband and I eat wfpb and I was spending a lot of time shopping Sales for organic produce and going to multiple stores to purchase. Not to mention spending a minimum of an hour preparing and cooking dinner in addition to the 45 minutes I spend on cooking for my kids who don't eat this diet. It is pricey, but time is my most precious commodity and I get 15-20 hours back and I have not had a meal I didn't like. Most of them I love and my husband feels the same way. I feel like I eat a more balanced diet because they do the nutrition for me. Even vegetables I never liked, taste good the way they prepare them. You have to consider what your time is worth, what your health is worth (high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes medications and care costs etc.) pay for sickness versus wellness, and sustainability, and you will see you get what you pay for. I was IN LOVE. If I hadn't known better I might have thought some parts were actual noodles. There was a perfect amount of crunch and softness. The peanut sauce was delicious. The tofu was cooked to perfection and all the flavors worked together magnificently. I was slightly afraid that I wouldn't be full after eating a bowl comprised of mainly zucchini and tofu but it was quite filling. I would give this a 5/5 stars and will definitely order again. Gluten-Free Pasta with Bean-Packed Marinara and Cashew "Parm" (Eat Soon) This pasta dish was interesting. I've had gluten-free pasta before so the texture was not a surprise for me, but for someone trying GF pasta for the first time, be aware that it is quite different in that it lacks the al dente consistency. The bean marinara was also different but not unappealing. I don't really like beans so my personal preference would never be to put them in my food, especially a pasta. For not liking beans, I did find that they worked well in the dish. The cashew parm looks like real cheese and adds a nice crunch. I would give this a 3.5/5 stars with emphasis that I personally don't like beans. I would likely order this again. Baked Falafel Hummus Plate & Mediterranean Rice I love falafel and hummus so I ordered two of these my first week. They did not disappoint! The hummus is slightly seasoned and so smooth. The falafel was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I would give this a 5/5 stars and would definitely order again. Indian Roasted Vegetable Curry Over Cashew Quinoa This one actually ended up being my favorite for the week. It was so good I forgot to take a picture! The curry wasn't too strong so it wasn't overpowering. I've never had Indian curry with yellow squash but it was delicious. The cashews gave a perfect amount of crunch. For 2020 I decided to try a plant based diet. I knew if I had to prepare the meals myself I would get bored or lazy and quit. Sprinly was the first meal service I found and their menu sounded very tasty so I figured, why not? I'm in my third week and I can honestly say I look forward to my lunch EVERY DAY! I am loving this service! This was my first time using any type of meal delivery service, so I was a little weary. But it has been wonderful! The food is delivered to my door in a well sealed, insulated box. The food is labeled with very simple cooking instructions and quick to prepare. The meals are very filling, sometimes I feel that there's enough for 2 servings, but it's so delicious that I eat every bit! This has been the worse experience I have had with any company. I received my 1st order late and the food was no longer good. Instead of crediting my credit card, they added the credit to my account. The next week's order, I was able to taste them and did not like them at all. No taste and small portions. I cancelled on line the following day of receiving my order and I was told it was past the deadline to cancel. They are not refunding my money which was double charged. I again received another order this, past the day to eat it. I tried calling and have emailed again. They said they would make it right - crediting my account. And, i was charged again today on my credit card. I am unable to removed my personal information from their website. I would NOT recommend this company & service! read more

Great delicious healthy easy meals. We tried this because my husband wants to try to go vegetarian. I suggested this because I like meat. LOL. He loved it. It is easy - grab the meal and go - take it for lunch or eat it at home for dinner. They are fresh, VERY TASTY - I mean like FULL OF FLAVOR. I am not a big veggie person but that blueberry kale salad is awesome. You order, its at your doorstep the following Monday and everything is marked (so ones that may be better eaten earlier than later are marked) . worst service ever. I will say the food was good the first time I got it and it was delivered at my door the way it was supposed to be delivered. It was never delivered properly after the first time. I live in apartment and box was left in mailroom. I don't check mail everyday so was never notified food was delivered. Ice was melted and food was bad. All that being said we canceled there service after second delivery was messed up again. They continued to keep sending food and billing us. Fortunately we emailed them to confirm we canceled and they confirmed our cancellation. There excuse was they're a new company and still need to work out the issues. Stay away from this company at least until they have been in business for a while and work out the issues. Unfortunately I don't think they'll be in business long enough to work them out. I'm a registered dietitian and I love to cook but need a break some weeks. These meals are amazing! High in fiber, low in sodium, and filling. Ive ordered other plant based meals and have been disappointed in the ridiculously small portion sizes. A healthy and active adult needs more than 250 calories per meal - yes, even if you're trying to lose weight! Love that they are fresh and love the stickers that indicate which meal to eat first based on how long it will last in the fridge. Springy delivers delicious, vegan meals to our home each week, each roughly the cost of a quality meal at a restaurant. Full disclosure - I'm far from a vegan - my wife is vegan(ish) - but we are both vegetarians. As my wife says, and I admit, I have the palate of a 6 year old - but many of the Sprinly meals have been absolutely delicious - I say many as some are too veganee for me but are 100% loved by my wife. The meals show up packed in a reusable cooler bag and the Sprinly folks reuse the packaging each week. What a true disappointment. A friend got me a gift certificate for my birthday. As I was ready to order, I kept getting an error message. I emailed Sprinly who explained that I needed to enter my credit card before ordering even though I had a gift certificate. They also told me that I will be charged for a weekly meal until I cancel the membership. End result, I told my friend to cancel her gift certificate. What a pushy scam... The food is incredibly expensive. It is not very tasty (based on my entire family's estimation) and most importantly they do not make it easy to cancel. They end up sending meals saying it is too late to cancel and thereby justifying charging one last time. This is the mark of a business that has no confidence in its long term success. read more

I love this service! The meals are so delicious and portions are large. I wish the containers were reusable and there is a ton of packaging but I live in Chicago, this doesn't seem to be an issue in some other areas. I would definitely recommend this service to non-vegans too - my meat-eating boyfriend has shared a few of the meals and was very impressed. It's really easy to order and the website is great, I did have one issue and Madison with customer service was super friendly and quick to resolve it. We were really interested to try the meals with the 40% coupon, especially since the meals are fresh, not frozen. We also try to support small businesses when possible. The order process is pretty easy and we ordered 12 meals. The order arrived on time and the packaging was great (recyclable too). The meals looked good, but I noticed that I had been sent 2 meals that I opted out of and 2 more were incorrectly labeled. So 4 mistakes out of 12 not great odds with the high price tag. The meals that we tried were pretty good, but needed to have spices added. Overall, good to try but we won't be ordering again. I am in the process of trying to cancel my account. read more

They tell you how to heat it up (microwave or stovetop), tell you what ingredients it was made with, and also gives you history on some of the seasonings used to make it. Almost 2 months in and I'm so happy with Sprinly! I love the option to pause (so I can try cooking these types of foods over the holidays) and un-pause the orders. Finally, their customer service is unmatched. They are responsive, so kind, and extremely helpful. I wish every online business had a customer service team like them. I love Sprinly's plant based "lower sodium-lower oil" meal service because the meals are "plant delicious". I bought the plant-based cookbooks. I spent hours in the grocery store looking for ingredients. I spent the onerous hours cutting, chopping and cooking! Many times I had to throw out food leftover from a recipe. I was tired of eating the same thing three nights in a row. Or defrosting one of my soups or stews yet again. Sprinly saves you time, effort and gives you variety. I don't have to shop endlessly. I don't have to search for recipes. I don't have to throw out the food. Yes, it's pricey but it's certainly a lot cheaper than having a chef come to my house and prepare my meals for the week but that is exactly what sprinly does. Each week there are six meals choices. Sprinly has facilitated my transition to a plant based diet. I can't thank them enough! Sprinly gives you the option to pick your meals- there are some meals I don't like so I don't order that meal again. I would say the only drawback is delivery is scheduled only on Tuesday. I love Sprinly meals and I love their owners because of their amazing customer service. They are super responsive, willing to adjust to your needs and wants and I have never been disappointed with a meal. Portions are just right for us and the variety of meals and ingredients is very good. Their prices are pretty comparable with other plant based delivered meals I have been researching, but unfortunately, it is still more expensive than cooking yourself at home (which is to be expected). We don't use them every week but I am planning on using them when I have lot going on and cannot cook at home every night. Sprinly is a delightful approach to everyday meals. I was a part of the pilot period and enjoyed a week of prepared food that was delivered to my home and waiting at my door in an insulated bag. I especially loved the Citrus Tofu and Blackened Tempeh with Mung Bean Noodles. The protein was cooked to perfection and the bright notes of citrus perfectly countered the peanut sauce. Everything I read about Sprinly is true... the meals are generous in size, fresh and healthy. The 6 meals I tried were over seasoned with garlic. When I say over seasoned, the sauces and dressings made my eyes water when I opened the lids. I'm aware that many people like the taste. For me and many others, it's a highly offensive odor and it gives me indigestion. I was able to eat some of the food by disposing of the dressings and sauces that were in separate containers. Some of the meals I was not able to eat at all. These are overly seasoned to try to make up for lack of flavor in the food. I am one of those people who loves the flavor of fresh food. Less importantly, there is no nutritional information available. I'll continue with my own food prep. read more

I am on my second week of Sprinly. So far I am very impressed. If you don't normally eat vegan I'm sure it takes an adjustment period to get used to the flavors but i love all of the spices! I think the proportion size is excellent. I'm very full after each meal and i feel great about what I'm consuming. I had a baby 6 months ago and it's working well for my weight loss. It's nice not to have to think about going to the grocery store and getting a thousand expensive ingredients and taking hours to cook something healthy (not boring). I am on my fourth month of Sprinly and absolutely love it. The food is delicious and has made me feel better and more energetic. I am not a vegan, but do not miss meat. The portions are large, and I am not snacking throughout the day and getting the afternoon hunger pains that would usually make me head to the candy jars at work. There have been a few dishes that I don't like, but that has only been one or two. Also, sometimes the delivery is a day or two late, which is annoying for meal planning purposes. But the food is packed well so the food was still good. Some reviewers have complained of the price, but I live in a major metropolitan area, and pay almost this much for food in our building cafeteria that is much lesser quality. And I can't stress enough that the quality and flavor is superb and nothing I could make at home. For this, I will pay a premium and I feel so much healthier doing so. I also tried another meal delivery service that I do like and still subscribe to (Territory). I do like there food, but when I used this service exclusively for a week, I felt the difference in my body. My energy was lower and just did feel as good. I just have to say that I'm blown away by the detail and amount of effort put into each order! My first week of meals came with a hand-written note welcoming me and restating their dedication to healthy eating and being overall positive people (I believe a percentage of the profit goes to charity if I'm remembering correctly), but beyond that my meal was DELICIOUS! I had the lemon asparagus risotto and it was nothing short of amazing. I've tried other meal delivery services in an attempt to continue a plant-based diet while working varied hours and this was by far the best I've had, taste and experience wise. I was going to wait until I finished my first week to review all the meals, but this first one got me so excited that I just had to do it now. The only thing I'd like to see if I were being absolutely nit picky would be nutritional info for each meal. Since Im stationary for a large part of the day working, it would be nice to know what type of workout I'd need to do that morning compared to my intake of calories for the day. Wow!!! Just wow! I came across Sprinly on Instagram. I was gearing up to have a major surgery that would make it difficult for me to cook fresh, plant-based meals. I was reluctant to try a service that was delivered to my home because I was convinced it wouldn't be as good/nutritious, but I knew I would be unable to cook at my full capacity. I mentally committed to Sprinly for one week. I was nothing short of impressed so I decided to sign up for a second week. I've had 2 meals from the second week and cannot stop telling friends/family about it! The food is delicious, fresh, so easy to prepare (I stove top my meals vs microwave), and healthy! The portions are quite generous and most of the meals so far seem to be about one and a half meals (for me). I've ordered the 6 meals/week plan thus far and feel that suits me just fine. I love Sprinly so much!!!! I am a busy mom and was looking for a way to simplify dinner a few days a week. In a quest to find a healthy and quick option I stumbled upon Sprinly and I am so glad I did! At first I was quite skeptical as I am certainly not a vegan or even a vegetarian. I love that you get to pick which meals you want from a selection so I can avoid ingredients that I don't care for (tofu in my case).
