RENTER BEWARE! Be careful when storing your items at this location. My dad is on hospice, so I have been extremely busy and simply forgot to pay my bill. After being only 16 days late, I already have a $20 late fee and a $15 lockout fee, alongside a harsh email threatening:
"...THIS IS A DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IN FULL. UNLESS THE CLAIM IS PAID IMMEDIATELY THE LIEN WILL BE FORECLOSED AND THE PERSONAL PROPERTY WILL BE ADVERTISED FOR SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION..."
Locking a unit and threatening an auction after barely two weeks is ridiculous. I'm disgusted by the lack of empathy and the aggressive communication over such a short delay. I obviously had to stop what I was doing and pay the bill immediately before they just decided to keep threatening me and to prevent them from taking my items.
You really should treat your customers better than this. Your business won't fare well here in Springville treating your customers this way. read more
