Bought a used car from them. During the test drive noticed the AC was not working properly. I told…read moremy salesperson, Cory that I would buy the car if the AC issue was fixed. I was assured the service department would handle it. They told me that the AC just needed to be recharged and that they took care of it. Did not take me long to realize the problem was not resolved so I had to bring it back (I live over an hour away). Service department looks at it again and says it has a leak and they had to order a part to repair it. When the part comes in I once again drive over an hour to have them work on the AC. This time they say it needs a new compressor and they were not going to cover that. The entire reason I bought my car from a dealership was because I thought I could trust I was getting a car that had been looked at by professionals and I would not have any surprise repairs immediately after buying the car like you may have buying from an individual. Corey seemed like a pretty genuine guy but I would not recommend that anyone buy a pre-owned from this dealership, they do not stand by their word and I don't understand how the service "professionals" can look at the same issue 3 times and come up with a new problem every time! Wish I never game them my business!

Raising the rating to 3-stars as they made it right in the end, but a customer should never have to go to great lengths to get what was promised or to get their proper refund. Hopefully they learn from this so others do not have to go through my experience. ---------------------------- Terrible experience with a dishonest dealership. Bought a vehicle a few months ago. As part of the final agreement with the salesman to buy the vehicle I was promised floors mats would be delivered to my house. Never received them. Called the GM about the mats who said he would look into it, but he never called back and I have reached out multiple times. Also I got shorted money on my refund check from payoff. I called multiple times about this and never heard back from the finance department. The salesman quit and told me it was a horrible dealership that was not a good environment to work at. He said if they were a decent company they would make it right. Never did so that reflects negatively on them. They are just out to make a sale. They do not value the customer. Watch out for false promises and don't leave anything on the table. I should not have to reach out so many times to get something corrected only have them never respond.

This is the first one that I have been to in Huntsville where someone actually greets you in the parking lot as soon as you pull up and offers to help you, without making you feel like you are wasting their time if your not ready to buy right then. Christian was our sales person. He was so nice and helpful. He did not use high pressure sales tactics at all, and he was just as helpful when we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to buy as he was once we decided to make the purchase. He was very accommodating and he made the whole process very simple. Lamar was our finance manager was just as helpful. He really explained the different packages available, again we went in thinking we didn't want anything extra, but he explained everything to us and helped us to see the value in some of the additional options. I really want to highlight how easy, friendly and low pressure the entire process was. I went to look and left with a purchase but at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to convince me or persuade me to make any purchases that I was not comfortable with. After I the purchase was done Christian helped me set up my phone with my car and he put the license plates on it for me and made sure everything was ready to go. It was a great first car buying experience...And I love my car!
