The driveways need a seal coat and they said that they will not do that because its cosmetic. They will in turn then have to come up with the money to replace all the driveways because they are cracking and falling apart. The trees were also planted in the wrong spots according to the landscape plan and they decided not to change it. So the tree roots are going to eventually tear up the driveways as well. They send out a questionnaire asking what needs to be done and then they do nothing about it. It is the end of May and it looks terrible. Every time you want to ask a question you are sent to a voicemail and never return the calls. They have no money in savings either so if something major was going to happen I am not sure how they would pay to have it fixed? I would not recommend buying a townhome with this Advanced Innovative Management company being the handler.

I should mention these machines are not free, so constantly dealing with $2's per load and coming back 30 mins later to see the machine never even started and stopped half way to spend another $2's on the same load and any other loads that need to be done. All I can say this this, pick somewhere else. They are slow responding to maintenance requests. My roommates door couldn't close all the way and they took over 2 weeks to fix it and didn't even fix it until the second request. When we signed a lease the FIRST time, they had us change it because the hadn't received the upgraded counter tops and what not so I had to wait to move it. The sink still isn't properly sealed after this amount of time and drips into the cupboard. So, they notified every apartment that they would be installing washer/dryers into every unit. I didn't notice this email and it was sent to the wrong email for my roommate which she tried to go into the office and change. It was a whole $82.50 dollars extra on your rent....... And they told us when we renew that it would be $160 over what we are paying now. Mind you that the washer and dryer only fits half a load of laundry and will add more to the water and electricity you pay. If you sign just know they've made sure that they will charge you the most they can. During this time they wouldn't respond to emails or voice messages. Now as of today 6/11/21, it is 87 degrees in my apartment. We have a two bedroom and both of the AC units are in there with no way to cool the apartment (kitchen,dining room,living room). In the winter expect your apartment to be about 60 degrees cause apparently their boilers can't compensate for the amount of apartments there are. No in between. I have tried to call and again leave voice messages but no response. I always have to go into the office to have my concerns addressed and their hours are like 10-6. So sometimes I work later than that..... Good luck, your gonna need it. I could go on and on but honestly save yourself the money cause they don't care about you unless you're a new tenant. The owner got offended that I took videos of the apartments condition claiming that I didn't trust her. Ever since shes been claiming to get reports from my neighbors ive had to post video evidence debunking every single one of her false claims. The fact that she's just started to make blind accusations twoards me and i've had to take videos of the apartments condition just to prove my inocents not right. I've rented at many places over the years and not once have I hever had a problem with a landlord until i came to this establishment. Pros: Cheap rent Close to 3M if you work there Conclusion: I wouldn't recommend that anyone rents from this establishment. Save yourself the time and trouble and rent elsewhere.
