They are simply outrageously overpriced for what you get. So whenever you see a B & B not publish their rates, BEWARE. Virtually all of them do. We try and stay at them whenever possible. We had a microwave and small refrigerator in the room, which is always important for us to travel. The room is plain, but very clean and the beds are very comfortable. This clerk was very nice. This is a pet friendly hotel, so I opened my door and the morning to see a guest with 3 dogs (one with mange) walking down the hall into a room. I don't like the idea of sharing my sleeping accommodations with someone's dogs. They also left the elevator smelling of stink wet dogs. Had the awkward situation of the prior guest walking into our room when the front desk gave him keys to retrieve shirts left in the closet. Lady at the front desk apologized and owned her mistake. The prior guest was also very apologetic and returned the key cards to the front desk. Despite the awkward situation, I would have stayed here again. The dogs in the rooms is a deal breaker. I like hygienic sleeping areas free from mange and fleas.

From the moment we got out of the car, the overpowering stench of weed hit us like a wall. We felt sick just breathing the air. The beds were made, but don't let that fool you -- under the covers were clumps of hair, disgusting stains, and sheets that hadn't been changed. We had to demand clean linens. The towels? Tiny, stained, and filthy. The walls were streaked with brown grime. The bathroom was appalling -- the shower curtain was covered in black filth, the walls looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in years, and bugs were crawling across the floor. There was used soap left in the tub. We could smell cigarettes seeping through the walls from the next room. The beautiful swimming pool they advertise is a complete lie -- empty, cracked, and filthy. My father-in-law chose to sleep in his car because the AC and fridge in his room made noise all night, and there was a leak dripping onto my mother-in-law's foot from the ceiling. My parents were kicked out before checkout for complaining about the conditions. We couldn't get a refund, so we had no choice but to survive the night. Honestly, I feel like we should all get tested for diseases after staying here. This place should be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE -- even sleeping in a tent outside would be a cleaner, safer experience.
