I was little skeptical at first because the place seemed closed for business but I'm so glad I gave them a try! The staff there was fast, efficient and extremely friendly! Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated and valued as a customer! They even popped fresh popcorn for my son and niece! We even observed one of the employees practicing COVID-19 protocols by wiping down the tables and chairs in the waiting area! The bathroom was very clean and cutely decorated. I was constantly lied to about my vehicle and what was wrong with it. I made the worst mistake that any person could have made by letting my guard down and trusting them. Instead I got played. I told them what part I needed and they pretended they weren't sure what was wrong with my vehicle when they looked at it. I ended up being double charged for going back to fix something that should've been fixed right the first time. All this is because I dropped my guard down when I was told ( I'm going take care of you). It was all about the money and they felt like they had a sucker. I learned a hard lesson. For me to take the time to write this lets you know that this bothered me. If you can't trust the Dealership then who can you trust.
