Then, the last one they did, one of the guys moved my long rain hose so he could mow. That, of course, has to be done. The trouble is they moved it close to the house, pointing down into my basement window. They did not put the hose back. They left it pointing in my basement. My neighbor told me about it. I'm glad she did, as we were to have rain. I have a carpeted basement, and that would have flooded my basement had it rained. And then I asked Aaron to run a very minor and short errand for me. I don't have a car. We agreed on a time. He did not show up, nor did he text me or call until much later. By then, I hired Uber to take me to handle the job, and Uber turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid Aaron. So I decided to hire someone else to do my lawn. His attention to detail seemed to be good at first. But then, for some reason, he seemed to lose interest in doing a good job. I am disappointed with my experience with Aguilar Brothers Lawn & Landscape. I scheduled a lawn…read morecleanup service, but it was repeatedly canceled with little or no notice. I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.
