I spoke with someone who was friendly and tried to be helpful but wasn't able to do anything for me. At the end of the 1/2 hour call we agreed that the password wasn't the problem, but I asked her to submit a ticket for a new password anyway, just in case. When the technician called to give me a new password I explained my problem and he fixed it in fairly short order. (The password was NOT the problem, something else was.) Three cheers and MUCH gratitude to Ben at VTel email tech support. I rarely write reviews of any sort, but I'm so grateful to Ben that I've written this one.

This after I had to purchase the cellular modem from them for over $300. I dropped the service, but my partner later picked it up again since the options are few. She's an educator and can't even do Zoom or Google Meet reliably for remote learning. When she called to enquire about what could be done to improve speed and reliability so she could work from home, they again told her she would have to spend more money to get their bogus service to function as it should. Dishonest, incompetent and fraudulent. Do not sign up under any circumstances.
