At our first viewing, the Realtor, Myrta Warner, blew us away with her knowledge of the house, as well as her honest style - Giving us the positives as well as the negatives. As she said, she wants to make the seller happy, but also make sure the house is right for the buyer as well (as then there's less complications during the settlement process). At the end of the viewing we simply told her that while we didn't want this house, we definitely wanted her as our Realtor. Over the next couple months, she showed us a number of houses, pointing out the good things as well as the bad. We were NEVER rushed to try and find a house - In fact, a few times she cautioned us to wait and see other houses. She eventually showed us our current house, which really is our dream home.
