No sandboxes,grasses to be 4 inches and under, no grills are to be on a deck, no sandbox or swings for kids, there is a major flooding issue if ypu live downhill. That they don't even answer your messages about,or come look at the situation. It's leaving standing water of about 3 inches for days,or until we squeeze it for an hour to help it from running under the trailer. It's causing mold, we ha e been paying for to clean. It's rotting debris,right under us. People are fine, yards are large,homes are overpriced, alot, but the management is having control issues and running everyone off...existing tenants should have "grandfather clauses" because when we moved here, none of this was told to us, or we would have moved elsewhere. This place looks so nice, and I didnt even know they were mobile homes until I went onto their website. The place is so pretty and I tried to schedule an appointment to come take a look. Sadly, they usually have no homes available, which means its probably a popular place to live in. Not temporarily, not permanently, no circumstance should bring you to a desperation point of putting yourself through misery and the Wyngate of hell. Once you sign a lease, you never receive a full copy of this "said paperwork." Therefore, anything, and I mean anything you do, they will defer to this paperwork you have no copy of. They also have a questionable firm that is more than happy to harass you with litigation over anything you do, including leaving a review. This is why I speculate there are so many 5 star reviews to this business, as I am sure they were pressured into leaving them. If I could leave no stars, that would be more appropriate. I have taken the time out of my life to save you the hardship you would spend much much longer trying to recover from if you choose to inquire on becoming a part of this community. I have spent 5 minutes to save you, reader, weeks, months, years of what would only be a horrible experience. You have been warned!
