He showed up on time and returned calls- which seems to be difficult in this day and age. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day and no payment until they were done. Highly recommend.

My house is a two story with a flat…read moreroof, and I started experiencing several leaks which caused a ton of damage to several rooms and walls throughout the house. I did my research on Angie's List and Home Advisor, and picked a few of the top rated businesses to get estimates from. After having nightmare experiences with other places because all they were interested in was trying to find out how much insurance money I got instead of giving me an honest estimate, it was a breath of fresh air when Fred Ortega showed up to my house. He was completely the opposite, and told me, "I don't need to see or know what the insurance company gave you, I'll give you my estimate and if you like what you see, and choose to hire me, then we'll talk about the costs." Fred was probably the nicest, most professional, and most honest businessman I've ever dealt with, and the work he and his company did was absolutely top notch. Since then, it has rained several times, and I am happy to say that there are no leaks whatsoever. My new roof and interior repairs are perfect, and better yet, all of the work is fully guaranteed, which isn't the case with some places. If and when I ever need any additional work in the future, I'm only going to make one call to Fred at Dependable Roofing. Thank you for everything!

The online purchase was simple and confirmation of payment and expected time of delivery between 11-3 were received immediately. To be honest, I was dreading the thought of laying sod in the heat of the day or late into the evening. On delivery day I was a bit surprised that my sod arrived at 6am. But I was so thankful! I am an early riser and the timing was perfect! I was able to complete the job before the temp became too miserable to be in. By noon, I was able to stand back and admire my work. (This is the first time I've put sod down, and did this by myself. Not bad for a middle-aged woman.) I appreciate the follow up texts and instructions of care provided. I may not have done a perect job but my dogs are happy with it and so am I. Looking forward to my dogs being able to roll around in the cool grass and play in the sprinklers. I highly recommend Sod Deliver LC for anyone needing sod.

Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Victory Construction was recommended to repair the stucco around our newly installed windows. They…read moredid a terrible job! The workers were very unprofessional. Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!
