Yes, I keep my apartment very clean and mop, vacuum, scrub the tub and toilet every weekend. The trash is constantly being thrown out and dishes washed. These disgusting roaches are a constant issue, and when you speak to the Landlord's direct boss, Lydia, she tells you to "catch the roaches in the apartment and put them in a ziplock bag for the exterminator." Really? And even heeding to that ridiculous request, the roaches were back in less than a week after exterminating...and it took two weeks to even get an exterminator in the unit. My voicemails and calls go unreturned, and it's to the point that I have to call the HEALTH DEPT and withhold rent (which I've never done) in order to get something done about this. I wish I would have never signed a lease with this complex, it's disgusting that myself and my two year old are being subjected to these kinds of unhealthy and outrageous living conditions, and they will not let me out of my lease without continuing to charge me the rent for the remainder of the lease.

It is very unsafe, and the police are called a lot here. I do not believe they do thorough background checks given they tend to have other tenants who are unsafe to be around, and they permit excessive marijuana and drug use in their apartments to the point where your own apartment, furniture, and belongings smell foul. They told me multiple they DO NOT have a smoking policy, yet became very hostile when I showed them their own contact, which came with a smoke free policy. They have a really bad insect/spider issue they do NOT control. Sometimes the clubhouse alarm rings for hours, with the system screaming "INTRUDER ALERT," because someone tries to break in. The police generally show up hours later, so you hear this from 2am until 7am. Do NOT MOVE HERE.

I have complained about her to her boss and nothing was done. She took out all the benches from the inside to avoid residents siting there sharing conversation with other lonely elderly. She took out the air conditioner and folding tables in the laundry room. it is so hot inside that my Mom almost passed out in several occasions and when she told Toni, her response was stay in your apartment. Toni will shush you if you are talking or on the phone. She fired her assistant for no reason, that made everyone sad because she was so kind and everyone went to her to avoid the wrath of Toni. She has family members living there that did not have to be on the waiting list. She mistreated her maintenance that caused them to quit. The trash room smells overtakes the entire hall. The hallways has no air and extremely hot. Why is no one investigating this. These are human beings that are doing their best to avoid a Nursing home, but it feels more like a prison. Compassion goes a long way, elderly should be treated with respect and kindness. One day you will be old and you and everyone that turned a blind eye, will reap what they sowed. You will stand before God and will give account for every word spoken and how you people that can't defend themselves. You have no business around the elderly. Cops are always here for one reason or another, very loud, places are unkept, dried blood in laundry room, needle caps found in the parking lot, landlord ignores repairs and requests. THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE HERE WHATSOEVER. I am so happy to be out of there! I moved out a few months ago and can not be happier. I no longer wake up with headaches and other health problems anymore due to the dirty air/ poor ventilation. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
