They got after it and did good quality work. Jake oversaw the project and he was always patient with my questions and ready to explain what needed to be done. Cost: I got 6 estimates for this project and theirs was the best price and the best plan. Cleanliness: The workers were careful and mostly cleaned up after themselves well (although I did find a handful of sheet metal screws on the driveway afterward). Promptness: They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. Communication: On site, they did a great job of communicating. But contacting them with a question can require patience. I've waited 2 weeks for an e-mail response to a question before with them. I understand that companies get busy, but you have to respond even if it's to say "I don't have time to address this right now but you'll hear from me in a week." It's the only reason for 4 stars. Overall, we were happy we chose them. Jake was fantastic.

I mainly worked with Nate; he was on time and responsive with my many questions prior to, during and after completion of the project. With a job as big as ours, in a 100+ year old house, I anticipated that there could be issues. However, I like to judge a company not on if there are problems but how they take care of them when they arise. No worries with Nate. Bumps in the road were smoothed without incident. It is clear that Nate really cares about his customers. His crew cleaned up after themselves treating our home as if it were their own. The job finished on time and we love our new geothermal system. I highly recommend NOCO!

If I could give this company 10 Stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!!!…read more A little background first. We live in an apartment in the Lakewood area and have had a heating issue for at least the past 3 years. Since we've lived here our HVAC system has been the biggest pain in the a$$ as it would routinely go out at the start of winter and work some days and not others. Because of this, we've been told everything from the unit has a slow leak, to it just needs to be re-charged and that there was nothing wrong because it seems to be working now. Recently our HVAC system became irreparable as we had our maintenance crew, plus 2 other people come out from professional companies (which I won't shame here) and tell us everything from, the pump needed to be replaced, to there's probably a leak and they needed to check the system from the roof but it was too cold to do so, to everything seems to be working now so there's nothing wrong. Meanwhile we froze or a$$ off until our 5 inch apartment furnished space heaters warmed up. Then we froze our a$$ of again when we had to turn them off overnight. We did this for 10 days!!!!! That is until Grant from Air Flow came out and what couldn't be done in 3 years, he did in 3 hours. Needless to say we were pissed at the situation we were in and didn't really trust that he could fix it or that it was really fixed after it came back on. Well I can say we were WRONG! Not only did Grant deal with our bad attitudes undeservedly, but he's the only person that has gotten this thing to work so quickly and so well. If you have a problem with your heat and are getting the run around from these other guys (believe me we know how it feels) you MUST try these guys and ask for Grant! Fantastic fast service, and most of all they know what the hell they are doing. I wouldn't trust my family's comfort to anyone other than Air Flow.

I am in dispute with this rip off HVAC company over a bill of $935 for less that one hour work. Not a bad pay if you can get it. The work included. Cleaning two small filters on split system, ten minutes, replacing PVC union and pinching a connector in a furnace. 15 minutes and hosing out two condenser units ten minutes. Even will the technician agreed the prices were off the charts after he spoke to Manny, the owner. Buyer beware and look to other HVAC customers. Do yourself a favor with less stress and how elsewhere. They have not been truthful with American Express. Their response to this issue is not the truth and accurate. That tells one something. Run the opposite way.

When Mike showed up he did not bother introducing himself nor was he wearing a mask as mandated by the State of Colorado. I let him in my house, my wife who was home said hello, I then showed him what I needed done. As I showed him the job he said nothing other than "yeah" and mmhmm in a very disgruntled manner. I informed Mike that moving the AC unit was not a rush so even if we scheduled it 3 to 5 months out that would be fine. He took no notes and provided no feed back while continuing with a terrible demeanor that was very uncomfortable. He abruptly just said he was done. He said he would follow up with an estimate email. FIVE days later no communication and no estimate. I called and spoke with Conner who said he would reach out to Mike. Mike called me back and left a msg saying he was busy and didn't want my job...and said to go ahead with other estimates I had received. Thanks for that communication Mike. Apparently Mike is so busy he does not need work 5 months out. Not sure if he does not have the knowledge of doing the scope of work I asked of him or simply not interested because we are Hispanic. Either way, I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this company because Mike is unprofessional and unworthy of our business. I owned a business myself and went above and beyond to be professional and value every single potential customer.
