Extremely rude salespeople. The person we dealt with was contemptuous and dismissive. After having…read morean exceptionally positive experience buying a prepaid SIM card in the Vodafone store in the Barcelona airport a week earlier, we walked to this Vodafone store in Berlin, hoping to have a similar experience. As soon as we asked for help, the woman "helping" us shook her head and said "We don't have that. The only one we have costs 55 euros." When I politely asked her if she had any suggestions where we might find the sort of product we were looking for, she said "You'll have to find it yourself." I would recommend any tourist in this area needing any cellphone-related product not go to this horrible store. Even if Vodafone Germany starts selling reasonable prepaid SIMS, I would never give this shop a cent of my business. Interestingly, we went to another nearby Vodafone store, and they had the sims we needed at 35 euro - high, but still not the ridiculously high 55 euro this store stated.
