I called the billing department once I got a final notice and this person was not friendly from the start of the conversation which that is fine so I applied for financial assistance which I retired from the job sent everything in to her which includes what we make now from social security and she called today saying we don't qualify going by what we use to make ok I don't understand that but fine she did not have to be her snotty self. She needs to take a lesson in how to have empathy and she could of told me in a more understanding way then be rude! I in return was rude back which I am never that way it is sad that she represents such a wonderful company!!! My rating is totally office experience!!!

He gauges the amount of conversation well. Some days, it's light conversation during the massage and other days, I just want to quietly enjoy an hour of pampering. Actually have been using another dentist group for several years. Some choices were not available present days. Apparently is dentist vacation times!! Anyway, all good and pleasant here, but I have not been into 'the chair' yet. Oh the chair...one of the most painful needle experiences ever. And I vented not nice words. But the job is done and over I sure hope!!
