They supplied a copy of a mechanical inspection report for an out of province vehicle as well as a carfax report. The truck also came with a 3month unlimited warranty. I did find problems with the truck after I got it home. The rear spring packs were out of line and the brake rotors were scored. I called Jerry and every thing was looked after with no problems or cost to me. Jerry even went beyond what was expected when he supplied additional parts such as brake pads and shocks. The price on this truck was $7,000 less than the best price I could get from a GM dealer. The truck did have 10,000 kms. more than the dealers truck, but considering that my truck had command start and a lift kit along with the excellent serviceI feel that I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere!

Came here for car servicing. I have a Mitsubishi and they service Mitsubishi here. They are…read moreactually part of the Mitsubishi car dealer on Clark Drive. One thing I really hate here is that if you take your car in for any service, they never wash your car. At the beginning their excuse was Covid. I am talking about washing the outside of the car. I wanted to share the experience I had with Company of Cars - service department…read more I had an ongoing problem with my old 1999 car and was looking for a good reliable mechanic. Me being sceptic and not really knowing anything about cars as I came to understand over the years that it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I was burned and fooled in the past by a number of places. When looking for a solution to my car trouble I went to a few places to get an estimate and received high quotes and lead times. In a last attempt to find something reasonable I was lucky to have found Company of Cars. I was greeted with a warm comforting discussion and decided to come by to get an estimate. When I arrived I was greeted with the same warmth and full attention as I received over the phone. Their service department had a look at my car and spent an hour to figure out what the problem was. They also took the liberty to do a full check on other aspects of the car just to make sure that it is overall road safe (which I didn't expect at all!!). Their service department found the problem and told me that I will get a quote and an ETA the next day which I did. I was not very optimistic about the quote that I was about to receive based on previous places i went to BUT I thought wrong!! When I received the quote it was lower then all other places and the ETA was faster than I expected. I needed my car fixed as soon as possible since I use it daily for work and they were able to work with a timeline that worked perfectly for me. They were able to get me in for the fix the day after and out the same day. While waiting for the car to get serviced I was asked more then a few times if I would like some coffee or tea and I must say the customer service is top notch, warm and welcoming. My car is running smoothly now and the problem has since been resolved. My experience there exceeded all my expectations. I will be going there from now on for all my car service needs. Company of Cars has gained a new and regular customer for my current and future cars :) I'd highly recommend them if you're not only looking for a great trusty mechanic, but also excellent customer service! Thanks, Ben
