i was there today to purchase fabric. there was one woman serving and a newbie at the counter....waiting forever to be served. the lady in front mentioned the time it took as well as another walking away from the counter...it took forever to be served. i nearly put the fabric down and left.... SPOTLIGHT HIRE SOME STAFF AND MAYBE KNOWLEGABLE STAFF AT THAT.... read more
