Because the service was completely rushed, the final result looked terrible, but worse, the structural integrity failed completely. The very same day I got them done, the nails began severely lifting and gapping, with product bleeding all over my cuticles and skin. When I reached out privately to address it, Khanh openly admitted in writing that her tight schedule compromised the quality of my service and apologized for the lifting and poor application. However, because she is getting ready for her trip out of the country, she is physically unavailable to fix her mistakes. When I explained that I had to go to another salon immediately to prevent water from getting trapped and causing a bacterial nail infection, she completely refused to offer a refund or partial reimbursement. She claimed she does not cover services done elsewhere, conveniently ignoring the fact that I am forced to go elsewhere because she left the country after ruining my nails. Any reputable beauty professional who admits to rushing a service and botching a set would offer a refund, especially if they are unavailable to fix it themselves. Instead, she took my money, admitted the work was compromised, left the country, and left me out-of-pocket to pay another salon to fix her mistakes. Save your money and go to a salon that prioritizes client hygiene, takes pride in their work, and takes actual accountability when they make a mistake.

Dr. Fran's conservative, respectful approach is why her patients promote her to others. Any dentist who has pure motives regarding their patient's teeth deserves to have more patients than they can handle and that is why I am writing this review. Dr. Fran is also very gentle which makes her the best dentist for children and those who are worried about pain. Finally, I must say that she is truly a wonderful person and she has a good sense of humour as well. Dianne and Anne work at the front desk and they are really nice ladies. I enjoy talking to them because they are really down to earth and compassionate. I would bring some food and drinks and sit and talk them--but they are too busy. Autumn is one of Dr. Fran's assistants and she is very friendly and up-beat. All said, Dr. Fran and the other ladies make one's dental appointment as calming and pleasant as possible. I close my eyes and get some needed rest while Dr. Fran is working in my mouth, and sometimes get to have a laugh or two during an appointment.
