When we got to the appointment we met with a woman who felt the need to list off all of her credentials. I informed her that we were at the end of our budget and would like some cost saving options (ie laminate counters instead of granite). I told her I want our kitchen to look nice, but I do not need high end products. She built us the kitchen she wanted us to have. No one can believe us when we tell them what she quoted us. She had the nerve to quote our highest package STARTING at $73K. Yes. $73K. The second package was quoted starting at $61K. And the third package for us peasants who can't afford gold counters started at $30K. I could not believe it. I replied to her and told her she should be ashamed of her customer service. If you want to provide service to people who can and want to pay that much for counters then fine, do it. But when people come to you with a budget and explain their circumstances, LISTEN. If you have to tell us you're out of our price range then do it. Don't insult us by quoting us SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. We went to Home Depot and got the same exact package for $9K. LOL. $9K. You can move them back-and-forth. they weren't even secured to a backboard or whatever they do very poor workmanship for the amount of money I paid. I could've had my whole bathroom redone. I don't recommend them.
