I really like this store and all the nice folks working inside! They have really great stuff and prices that almost surprised me. I noticed they are NOT taking advantage of a pandemic and raising prices on hard to find items! That's REALLY COOL cuz almost everyone else is. I was actually quite amazed with all the neat things i never knew they had and i would drive twice as far to get what they have much closer.. They have a great knife, gun, flashlight, and all kinds of accessories for them! I don't fish anymore but if i did the fishing section is absolutely enormous!! Great Job Sportsman wharehouse!! Keep up the great work and thank you so much. If i could change one thing i'd have more guns BUT everyone is short right now so that doesn't really count. THEY ACTUALLY HAD MORE IN ALL THREE LOCATION EACH THAN BOTH THE CABELAS AND THE BASS PRO SHOP CONBINED. YES YOU HEARD CORRECT EACH LOCATION HAD MORE HAND GUNS THAN THE BIG GUYS COMBINED! I did visit 3 stores looking for a new gun and there all pretty much the same. Came in about 2-3 weeks ago was looking at bait casting reels and saw a pretty decent shimano (for someone starting off such as me) so I waited a bit looked at some reviews online and decided to buy it. Called this morning asked if they had it in stock they had 1 left and reserved it for me in 5 minutes!!! The guy who was working in the reels was pretty cool and knowledgeable. 5 stars read more

If I could input negative stars I would. This is the most incompetent firearm dealer I have ever encountered. Do yourself and shop elsewhere including any place but this. My experience has been horrible. I purchased a pistol back in November. I had been following up regarding the status of the background check waiting for the okay to come and pick it up. Finally the 2nd week of January I was informed since it has been a little over a month I would need to come in and resubmit the paperwork. Really!! I decided to resubmit the paperwork as they requested. I get there and wait for about 30 minutes just to find out they had already sold my gun to somebody else!! Really is that not fraud?? I bought and paid for that gun and they sell it to someone else. Good luck if you ever try buying a gun from them. I can promise everybody I will never step into that store again. read more

Sportsman's Warehouse Black Friday ad was terrible. One firearm was listed on sale for 599.99 with 150.00 off, the regular price was 649.99. In addition the picture in the ad was an upgraded model which was not on sale. The customer service firearm specialist told me I was wrong until I walked him through his pricing and picture. After he realized he was wrong he then wanted to sell me the model in the picture at 599.99 meaning without the 150.00 read more

This store is a joke. Horrible unexplained return policy. So called customer service reps that do nothing. A store manager that hides in the back when a customer asks to speak with them. I loved the fact this store was so much closer to me than Cabelas and had more things than REI but I will not be back here. Horrible!!? Bought a $70 item and was told to my face I had 30 days to return it, came back two days later because it wasn't the right item and was told because it is electronics I couldn't return it. For my first time I visited Sportsman's Warehouse on June 15th. The day prior, via a phone call I spoke with a Warehouse staff member for about 5 minutes and placed a Penn fishing reel on hold to be picked up the next day. I went to Sportsman's, asked for the reel I had set aside and it could not be found. The employee I spoke to on the 14th was on break so I waited for him 10-15 minutes to return. He explained he had forgot to set the reel aside. Of consequence was the store did not have the reel we discussed. I ultimately bought a different reel, $30 dollars more expensive. This was my first experience with Sportsman's Warehouse. Not acceptable at all. read more

My husband ordered a gun over a week ago. He got a call at 9:30pm on Saturday night saying it was ready for pick up the next morning. He arrived at the store at 10:15am and the line was at least 50 people long. He decided to wait, with our 5 year old daughter. It took him 3.5 hours to get to the front of the line and when they pulled the paperwork out it was for the wrong person. He was told this was the 3rd time this happened today alone. They called the wrong person for the gun and his wasn't available. The fact that there isn't a separate line for people that have ALREADY purchased their product and are just there for pick up is insane. If there was another line for pick up, he would have been there for less than an hour before finding out the mix up. There are so many issues with this situation. Hopefully they can figure out better practices before more people get stuck in this position. read more

On August 15th at 12:50 IO Went there looking to purchase a new 28Ga over and under. Stood at the gun counter for over 20 minutes while one guy just walked past and left the area, one other just wandered around near the rifles and would occasionally look down at me by the shotguns and immediately look away and maybe fiddle with some flyers on the counter. To say the lease I left, went up the road and purchased one at Cabelas, and to top it off, i also bought a .410 to go with it. I must say I've never been so PO'd at a sales person before. I don't think I'll buy another gun at Sportsman's warehouse again. read more

This place is the up can coming outdoor store here on the westside of Washington. Cabelas has lost all of my business and this place will be the only one to get it! they offer free classes and have great prices. Only with they had more product on the shelves because who wants one most of the time but other then that clean store, great people and non of the harassing BS that happens at Cabelas. Wear a Cabelas hat in the store and get a great sportsmans warehouse hat. This place has everything outdoor in one place and if they don't have it they will fight like hell to get it for you or order it for you. read more

Sportsmans Warehouse is the best. The prices are the best and you can't beat the customer service. The store manager Morgan and the gun counter manager Eric took great care of me. This is the only place I will shop for my outdoor/hunting needs. read more
