Bottled water and other items are sold on site. The employees are very helpful, and the instructors are intense. I stayed at the Hotel Ibis in the same building. Hotel guests got a discounted class rate. It was totally worth it. My kickboxing class experiences in the US pale in comparison to their amazing rates and gorgeous facility.
