Don't waste your money on these masks. They are very poor quality and this company refuses to correct the issues. I recently bought one for a law enforcement officer to wear on duty and the mask arrived with several defects. The company was contacted and refused to send a replacement or fix the issue. They said that the officer could fix the mask himself. There was excess material that had not been cut off and was uncomfortably rubbing on the nose area, there was excess thread all in the mask that was not cut off, and the ends of the thread were never tied off so they were coming loose. This was a very poorly made mask, followed up by even poorer customer service. This company is taking advantage of this crisis by ripping first responders off, providing them with a poor quality product and refusing to replace it. There is a reason they have their ratings and review options turned off on their Facebook page. Stay away! read more
