There is no competition for this gym to be rather frank as the hours here far outdo the competitions. The gym equipment are a total 5 star out of 5. It's not a bad deal considering how central it is and how convenient it is. My problem is with the service. I find sometimes being talked to is irritating or distracting when I try to work out. As well I feel at the price towels should be offered considering the price, and feel that tries to be luxurious this is what should be included as in other gyms towels are provided. Should you forget one the staff get really rude and ask you to leave. That's a problem since carrying a large towel is cumbersome and having small towels would be very easy to manage. The other problem is there is almost distinctly a lack of English related customer service in the chain. For a large city which would run wild with drunk young expats and MASSES of exchange students from the U.K. and other English speaking countries...this sort of service demands English speaking. Another tidbit. There is a dress code. Apparently a man cannot wear a tank top in a gym. This comes shocking considering almost all women wear a tank top working out. Considering the modesty our tank tops are far less revealing than a woman's. Out of this I should suggest banning tank tops. Originally a two star now one star because of dress code. At a gym being told you can't wear something is really ridiculous. After being asked to remove a yarmulke which is a tiny piece of cloth on a head as well is also ridiculous. At the price of 47€ a month I don't think this place has any quality or value equivalent. The only reason you stay is for the hours. Done.

This is what modern a yoga class should be Zoe is careful and methodical in her practice and works with the individual members of the class to practice at their level. You won't go to her class and have head stands pushed on you. Now if your thing is crazy bends and stress positions, she can sure accommodate you. Again, she works at your level and you will leave feeling great, not like you just ran a 10k.

I very much…read moreenjoyed the pranayama class I took one evening (my very first class) and decided to give the yoga classes in the park a try. It's awesome doing yoga outside! Zoe is a patient and knowledgable teacher. I love how she gives many options depending on your mood or where your body is feeling for the day (she will demo the pose, then give examples of how to make it easier if you aren't seeing your best, or how to make it more challenging if you want to take it up a notch.) I love the type of yoga she teaches as well (yoga synergy). But my absolute favorite is getting a massage! I happen to know she works with a wide range of styles, from sports massage (which my husband needs) all the way to much gentler stuff (which is what I need.) I can't say it enough - Zoe is fantastic!
