And the other is about the same, they try to add rebates that only new cars have. They say they're competitive in prices with is crazy because there's no room for negotiation. ( you always have to negotiate the price, especially when a car is sitting on the lot for 100 days which they lose about $20 every single day. "Internet Price: $37,740 Rebate Add‑Backs (if not qualified): College Grad +$795, Military +$745, Loyalty +$995 ( this is just for new cars since Mitsubishis are a POS, ) (We used to called it Market adjustment so we could make more money) Doc Fee: +$995 DMV/Registration: $400 Sales Tax (5.25% Doc fee): $2,166.67 Estimated Total: $43,836.67 Our online price already includes all available incentives, so any rebates you don't qualify for are added back. My point is that it's just a horrible dealership and I do NOT recommend going here. tip: They can't force you to get a warranty if they do it it's illega.

RUN - DON'T WALK TO YOUR NEAREST EXIT My wife wanted to look…read moreat and test drive a 2021 BMW M5 that was listed for a very attractive $68,490 and noted by CARFAX as a "good value". When we arrived at this particular dealership, and started looking around the lot and its sketchy location, there were very clear signals that we were walking into a sleazy operation. First, none of their numerous high-end Euro-cars had prices listed on the windshield! Secondly, many of them had "Buyers Guide" window stickers with a box checked: "AS IS - NO WARRANTY". It was obvious right at the outset that this dealership didn't or wouldn't stand behind their product. Right then, I was ready to get as far away as possible from this seedy establishment. However, my wife still wanted to take a peek at the BMW M5 and unfortunately by then, a young and inexperienced salesman came walking out to ask if she needed any help, by then it was too late! Just to keep him on his toes, we mentioned that she was seriously considering another Euro-car from a local competitor. Of course, he asked for her driver's license in order to test drive the car and asked if we wanted to come inside to get out of the hot sun and get the usual cold beverage routine. My wife saw me hesitating a bit and asked if I were coming in. At first, I felt better to stay outside because of the exuding negative vibes, but didn't want her to go inside alone either. As soon as we got to the salesman's desk, a sales manager approached us with the classic high-pressure tact. A few minutes later the original salesman had the car ready for a closer look-see with the driver's door open and engine running sending me more insidious signals. He suggested that we look the car over which my wife gladly did, although with his chaperoning. When she asked to test drive the car, the salesman said that the dealership didn't allow that without a guarantee that she was going to buy the car today and wanted to check her credit as well. Of course, after being shocked, humiliated and insulted, she said that was really like putting the cart before the horse in so many words. With that, he went inside never to be seen again. At that point, another "manager" [a third employee] came out to further reinforce their shady "company policy", apologizing if she felt offended. It was right then when I decided to interject and cut this scam short, telling him that he just made our decision to buy the other car so much easier and thanked him for doing so. While finally leaving the lot with whatever dignity that we had left, I told my wife that I could really use a shower!

Although we had already purchased our new vehicle elsewhere, he sincerely apologized for our experience and addressed another issue we had discovered--that the replacement tires previously sold to us were not the correct tires for our vehicle. He refunded the full cost of those tires and also offered us complimentary service for the next three years on the car we purchased at another dealer. I believe it's important to recognize when a business takes responsibility and genuinely tries to make things right. The general manager's response was sincere, professional, and appreciated. I also want to recognize the service department. Throughout our ownership experience, they consistently took good care of us, and that positive experience was one of the reasons we returned when it was time to buy another vehicle. While the incorrect tire installation was a significant mistake, I believe the way the general manager handled it demonstrated accountability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Our sales experience remains disappointing, and it ultimately cost the dealership our business. However, because of the professionalism shown afterward, I felt it was only fair to update my review to four stars to reflect both the negative experience and the meaningful effort that was made to correct it. Original review: We were loyal customers of this dealership for nearly three years. We purchased our previous vehicle there, returned for every oil change and scheduled service, and even bought a full set of replacement tires from them. Ironically, during our recent visit we learned from members of their own sales team that those tires were not even the correct tires for our vehicle. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, we gave them the first opportunity to earn our business. We brought the window sticker for the exact vehicle we wanted so there would be no confusion and we could compare offers fairly. The proposal we received was astonishing. The selling price was more than $6,000 above MSRP, our trade-in was valued $7,500 lower than a competing dealer's offer, additional markups were included, and we were told they couldn't obtain factory options that another dealer readily provided. In total, their proposal was more than $13,000 higher than the competing offer for the identical vehicle. What disappointed us most wasn't simply the price--it was how we were treated. After we questioned the numbers, the sales manager suddenly reduced the price by $11,400. That dramatic change made it difficult to believe the original offer had been fair. We purchased our new vehicle from another dealership that day. We understand that dealerships compete on price, and we don't expect every dealer to have the best offer. We do expect honesty, transparency, and appreciation for loyal customers. After purchasing a vehicle there, servicing it exclusively there, and returning in good faith to buy another, this experience left us feeling that our loyalty simply didn't matter. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this dealership.

I am terribly unhappy with my experience here at Sport Hyundai. I'm a rideshare and delivery…read moredriver, so I use my vehicle constantly for work. I brought my car here because I was hearing a strange noise that sounded like it was coming from the tires or possibly the brakes. I specifically explained the noise, my concern about it, and the fact that I use my vehicle for rideshare and delivery work. I paid approximately $100 for the inspection and waited about two hours. When I was called to pick up my car, I was told that my brake pads were "at a 5" and were fine. I was also told that the noise appeared to be coming from rust on the rotors and that the more I drove the vehicle, the more the rust would wear off. I was specifically advised to CONTINUE DRIVING and that the noise should eventually go away. So that is exactly what I did. Within that SAME WEEK, I continued doing rideshare and delivery work based on the information and recommendation I had been given. Instead of improving, the problem became significantly worse. My car stopped braking smoothly and began coming to screeching stops. I started having difficulty reversing and coasting because it felt like something around the wheel was catching or creating resistance. The noises also became substantially louder and more concerning. I contacted the dealership again and asked them to inspect the vehicle a second time without charging me because I knew something was wrong. After the second inspection, I was told that my INNER brake pads were scraping, my rotors were bad, and that I needed brake work. I was quoted approximately $665 for the front and another $625 for the rear, plus tax. I am thoroughly upset and extremely disappointed with the service I received. I understand now that a brake pad measuring around 5 mm can still have usable material remaining. My issue is that there are inner and outer brake pads, and I specifically brought my vehicle in because I was hearing a concerning noise from the wheel/brake area. I paid approximately $100 to have that concern evaluated and relied on the assessment I was given. Had I been told during that FIRST inspection that an inner pad was scraping or that there was a brake issue requiring immediate attention, I would have stopped using the vehicle for rideshare and delivery immediately. Instead, I continued putting significant mileage on the vehicle because I was specifically reassured that my pads were fine and told that continuing to drive would help remove rust from the rotors and make the noise go away. Days later, after the symptoms became substantially worse, a more extensive inspection revealed the inner brake pad issue and damaged rotors. I cannot say exactly how much additional damage occurred during that week, but I CAN say that I would not have continued driving the vehicle had I been given an accurate understanding of the condition of my brakes during the first inspection. That is what upsets me the most. I brought my car to professionals specifically because I am NOT a mechanic. When a customer reports a strange noise coming from the tire/brake area--especially after telling you that the vehicle is used constantly for rideshare and delivery--I expect a thorough inspection of the braking system before being advised to simply continue driving. Instead, I paid for an inspection, followed the advice I was given, continued working, experienced significantly worsening symptoms, and returned days later to learn that an inner brake pad was scraping and I was now being quoted well over $1,000 in brake repairs. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset with how this was handled, and I expected much better service and a much more thorough inspection when dealing with something as important as a vehicle's braking system.
