There was a very nice young man (possible UT student) stationed at the underground parking garage who directed us to the entrance to the theater. Upon arrival, we were greeted by personnel at the lobby entrance who directed us towards the ushers, who awaited ticketed patrons at the theater doors. As you enter the actual performance theater, the seating arrangement becomes visually pleasing towards the stage. I found the seating to be quite comfortable and roomy, where people could actually get by, without you having to stand to allow them to past. There's also a concession area for refreshments which is a nice touch, if so desire. This theater brought great pleasure to a wonderful evening.

It's a great size for a small dramatic performance. There are restrooms on both sides and, like all theaters, a concession stand for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks. The automated ticket readers worked perfectly and it was easy to locate our seats. The seats were comfortable and had just the right amount of space between the rows to avoid having to stand every time someone passed by. The set (for Trouble In Mind) was amazingly realistic and helpful to understanding the play. The talent was outstanding too. However, the on-stage talent projects their voices without technical amplification, making it difficult to hear their lines at times. We were engrossed in the acting so much, that the 2-hours seemed to fly by. Afterwards, there was an informal reception in the lobby with food (because it was Opening Night). A very nice touch. Overall, it was a positive experience, and one that we would repeat.

He paid 4 dollars for a lemonade refill and she gave him mellow yellow, and when he corrected her she refused to give him anything else. He even asked for just water and she refused. I dumped the drink out and went back to ask for the money or a lemonade and she REFUSED to help us and instead was so rude and ugly to us. She also gave my boyfriend cold and soggy fries so the food wasn't great either. She refused to help me get in contact with customers service. So disappointed with the fair staff this year. I grew up going to this fair and have a ton of memories here and for the staff to be horrible this year makes me so upset, I have had plenty of contact with people who have also had this experience this year and it's so sad to see something we loved as children become a place of frustration! If you're going to go eat I recommend literally anywhere else.

Paid $52 cash for 2 adults and 2 kids. Thanks to Stacy for getting us into the event even though they were sold out online. Saw some bunnies on the way in and a possum on the way out. Porta potties available on site. It rained heavily right before our reservation but it stopped right when the fireflies came out, so it was so timely and lots of them put on a show! The fireflies here are different than the ones at Elkmont inside Great Smoky Mountains and we are so glad we got to see all kinds fireflies at both sites! The ones here are called: Snappy Syncs, Blue Ghosts and Heebie Jeebies. Come check it out yourself, you won't be disappointed!
