So yea like every other freaking day in Miami it decides to rain. I gave the crew at Splashlight a call where I was greeted by Megan, awesome interaction got lucky the studio wasn't booked and was able to move our production indoors for the day. All I can say is this studio is hands down the best I've dealt with down here. Upon arrival Roly and Danny help me load all our equipment in and was even offered a pretty wicked cuban coffee aka crack. During our session Nelson was able to help us out with setting up all the profoto octa' s and stands, even coming up with some cool ideas. Overall making our shitty day into a super productive one. They have tons of experience in the business and a stock room that will make any photographer want to live there. Forever. I've rented everything from camera lenses, to stands, to generators, and even 6-foot tables for personal events. Their service is always on point. If you're in a rush and need your equipment delivered, they'll take care of that too. It's the only photo rental house in town with their own vans and trucks. I've been going to Splashlight Studios since the 90's. It's by far THE Best studio in town! The whole staff is the friendliest on the Planet are are super professional. Love them. Megan, Roly, Nelson... Always helpful and on top of things! I rent from them at least 10-20 times per year. I've requested some pretty large orders at times and the've always come through with what I need. If they don't have it they'll get it!
