I'm a caregiver for an 83 year old…read moreman, he told me he did not want a birthday party so I went to return the things I bought 3 weeks prior, and was just then informed about their policy, their receipt doesn't even have their store name on it, the lady told me she couldn't return any of it, including the sign I bought , she said it wasn't in a package .duh, it wasntsold to me in a pkg- I told her that, she told me.me she could give me a store credit but not put it back on my debit card and I told her a store credit? How many times do u buy birthday favors? I had 90$ worth of stuff. They didn't tell me or show me the store policy when I bought the stuff, this store sucks and that'll be the last time I ever go in there again.and yes I had the receipt.14 days, I have never heard of such a policy, that to me is crazy, I wouldn't even rate a 1 but they don't have zeros!

Once by the guy at the front desk and then again by the manager. The way the speak to customers that give them business is incredibly petty. I wasn't looking for a break in the contract, a refund or discount of any kind and still not. I don't mind paying the money I owed, but I do however mind being attacked for it.
