To make this worse, to enroll in Barrow you have to fill out their on line questionnaire that takes about 45 minutes of pain staking minutia... which includes WHO YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER IS!! what a nightmare! So now I am back to square one.. with the same back pain. Just avoid these guys.

They were always patient and encouraging during my recovery process, giving me so many good advices that I'm still following now. The entire staff and team there were the most organized group of medical professionals that I had ever come in contact with. Dr's Dohring and Gause spent a great deal of time with me explaining my back problem and the surgery that should be performed. They never pressured me to have the surgery but told me to think about wether I thought it was the right thing for me and then decide where I wanted to go. The choice was easy. Six months after having minimally invasive surgery with the Spine Institute of Arizona I am back on my feet playing tennis and living a full life. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I was very worried at what my breast would look like after a bilateral mastectomy, I'm 29 and I was horrified when I seen what a reconstruction could possibly look like for me. When I met with Dr. Sigalove he was confident, attentive and very knowledgeable, I went into surgery with minor health related complications (not related to Dr. Sigalove) but came out amazing. My breast look better than prior surgery. I was a small B and now I'm a full D Dr. Sigalove gave me an amazing aesthetic look. I'm so happy with my results, I go back into surgery with him in March, and as of now I can't wait! You would not be able to tell that I had a bilateral mastectomy my breast are perky and beautiful, he gave me a new found confidence and I'm so thankful he was able to create normalcy after a horrible cancer experience . I highly recommend Dr. Sigalove he has the magic touch he can create a master piece. He's great! The first surgeon was very nice, but I wasn't ready to hear that news, and wanted to verify. Dr. Perry agreed with the first assessment. I chose him based on several factors. First, he is a trauma surgeon, experienced in big, messy issues. He also has a great deal of experience in fixing complications from old orthopedic surgeries. He was recommended to me by a friend who had many hip replacement complications- that Dr. Perry repaired. Another reason that I chose him is that he showed me something on my imaging that everyone else missed. And it was important! I'm a retired nurse, and I think you pick the one who fixes the worst of the worst, just in case. Dr. P. Evangelista was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and explained what he would do, how it would help, and what the potential problems could be. I am 6 weeks out from my second replacement, and I couldn't be happier. I've had no complications. I am able to do a lot that I couldn't do when I first saw him. I am able to lift my grandkids, get down on the floor (and get up again), and I'm walking without a limp for the first time in a few years. I am so happy to have chosen Dr. P.Evangelista. I would highly recommend him. The staff has been very friendly to me. Front desk is very efficient and has been very pleasant/accomodating when I've called. Melissa, surgery scheduler, is great. From the check in until I walked well not exactly walked out but the people and the facility could not have been better. So professional, so friendly, so compassionate, the staff was amazing. The facility was immaculate and set up was extremely patient friendly. I have too single out a couple of the nurses but every one was awesome. Dewey and I'm upset I can't remember the other nurse who really spent a lot of time with me were above and beyond great. And a huge thank you to Krisy my recovwry nurse who spent a few hours with me , getting me fully recovered and ready to go home. Overall I give this experience an 11 on a scale of one to ten. Management you are definitely doing something right to have this many outstanding people. Even the ones not named. Thank you for getting me through a very difficult time. I think the nurse whose name I forgot was Dana. She was so good at what she does and just a sweet caring person.
