After this I canceled my insurance with them. My work was slow and I simply couldn't afford it. They later sent me a bill for around 100 dollars that I still owed. Once I realized this I immediately called them and paid 50 dollars. I told an employee I couldn't pay the full amount but would call back and settle up when I received another check. Not long after that I received a collection notice for the remaining balance. I received weekly emails on services they were trying to sell me but they couldn't call or email me about this matter.
